Islamabad: Apex Committee meeting chaired by Prime Minister told the committee that the attack on India Pathankot airbase in the light of the information provided has been significant progress.
Apex Committee meeting chaired by Prime Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Ishaq Dar, Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, DG ISI Lt Gen Rizwan Akhtar,Sartaj Aziz, National Security Advisor Nasir Jnjuah, special assistant Tariq Fatemi and other senior officials attended the meeting.During the meeting, the Foreign Affairs, the National Action Plan, Pathankot attack, Iran and Saudi Arabia stress and other important matters were discussed.
During the meeting, participants expressed satisfaction with the progress and investigation examined the Indian Pathankot airbase attack.The House, according to the declaration issued by the Apex Committee, has made significant progress in Pathankot incident,And information provided by India and the initial interrogation of the suspects involved in the attack has been arrested,Which is belonged to banned Jaish-e-Mohammad.According to the preliminary information, several members of the banned Jaish-e-Mohammad has arrested.
As stated in the declaration of commitment in contact with India to the eradication of terrorism.And the government is consider to send a special investigation team to Pathankot.Which willbe sent after consultation with the Government of India.Pakistan also sought more information from India.
